Choice Loop · pilot

A useful next step after the website goes live.

A finished project should make the next visit, helpful follow-up, honest review, or referral easier. Choice Loop gives us a simple way to keep those moments from falling through the cracks.

We are starting with Open Choice Digital's own clients. This is a small, manually managed pilot. Availability and any work for your business are agreed in a written scope.

Complete → Follow Up → Return → Review → Refer

Each step should be useful to the customer, with a clear reason to act.

Complete

02

Follow Up

03

Return

Review a return reminder and help customers arrange their next visit.

04

Make an honest, optional review easy to leave.

05

Refer

Give clients a personal link they can share when it is useful.

Follow-ups with a reason.

For OCD website clients, we plan a check-in around day 14, an optional review invitation around days 30–45, a referral reminder around days 45–60, and a website health check every 90 days. A person reviews each message before it is sent. Other service businesses can use their own timing and manual rebooking reminders; Choice Loop does not book or charge customers automatically.

Unresolved support, project, or serious payment issues pause review and referral requests. Reviews are never tied to a reward, and all honest feedback is welcome.

A referral benefit you can follow.

Clients can share a personal link and see simple activity and credit updates through a private access link. There is no password to create and no reward to claim.

The matched benefit is the smallest of one month of the referrer's managed plan, $100, or 25% of the new client's setup fee. The setup discount is confirmed when a verified referral has an accepted qualifying proposal. Account credit is earned after setup and the first full monthly payment, then applied to an invoice separately.
