New managed website engagements begin with a six-month commitment unless the signed proposal says otherwise. That initial term reflects the work involved in launch, deployment, technical configuration, monitoring, and maintaining the environment after the website goes live.
After the initial term, service continues month to month. If a client wants to leave early, source-code handoff and migration are not included automatically unless the remaining commitment is satisfied or a separate written early-termination agreement is made.
Managed clients can earn account credit equal to one month of their current plan when a referral becomes a managed Open Choice Digital client. The referred business receives the same dollar amount off setup, capped at 50% of the setup fee.
Managed plans cover the website and systems included in your agreed ongoing scope. A large new feature is still a separate project, even if you are already on a monthly plan. If that feature adds an ongoing booking system, database, dashboard, payment integration, automation, portal, API, or similar responsibility, the monthly plan is reviewed before the feature goes live.
